Independent filmmaker Kirby Dick's newest movie, Outrage, about closeted politicians who vote against GLBT rights, makes its premiere tonight, July 17, at the Camera 3 Cinema in downtown San José. There will be two showings, 6:50 P.M. and 9:15 P.M., with an opportunity to participate in a live question and answer session with Mr. Dick following each showing. The film puts the spotlight on people in high places in American government who find that lying in their personal lives also makes it easier to lie in their political lives as well.
The film will also be shown this weekend (July 18–19); however, will Friday night's showing will feature the filmmaker in a question and answer session.
